"Well done good and faithful servant."

Fr. Roger passed from life into eternity at 5:35 p.m. Friday, May 22. While he had been quite ill for a couple of days, his death was peaceful and swift. He simply stopped breathing, without a struggle, and was, we're sure, swiftly greeted by his Lord, all the angels and saints, and throngs of people who loved him dearly who had passed before.

Below is the schedule of services and viewing/visitation:

Tuesday, May 26th: a Memorial Mass will be held at St. Paul's Church in Seneca, South Carolina at 7 p.m.

Thursday, May 28th: Viewing and visitation will be held from 4 - 7 p.m. followed by the Office of the Dead at 7 p.m., at The Church of Our Lady and St. Philip Neri at the Oratory, Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Friday, May 29th: Viewing and visitation from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m., with the Mass of Christian Burial following at 12 p.m., at The Church of Our Lady and St. Philip Neri at the Oratory, Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Tuesday, June 2nd: Viewing and visitation will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Elmira, New York from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 12 p.m. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Elmira.

Tuesday, June 23rd: A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Ann Arbor, Michigan at 11:00 a.m.

We thank all of you for your incredible love and prayers. While surely we all will grieve the loss of his physical presence with us, let us rejoice in his new life. And imagine, he is up walking, talking, raising his arms, clapping his hands, freely moving about giving hugs and patting hands...our Father Roger.
